Mr. Ledesma, attorney at law, is specialized in administrative law, criminal law and amparo lawsuits.
In the environmental field his professional practice has focused on themes related to environmental audits, national waters, federal maritime zone, hazardous wastes, soil remediation, noise pollution and defense against administrative and/or criminal charges of environmental damage responsibility.
Masters Degree on Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences granted by the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University, Spain; he also attended postgraduate studies on criminal law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
He has a major on environmental law granted by the Universidad Panamericana and he is a graduate from the Centro Universitario México, Higher Education Division.
Additionally, Mr. Ledesma, has attended courses related to crimes against the environment, civil responsibility for environmental damages and State patrimonial responsibility.

Before joining this Firm, Mr. Ledesma worked as an associate in the environmental and litigation of major law firms specializing in corporate and environmental matters. He has written several articles related to criminal responsibility in environmental matters and as a professor of environmental law at several institutions of higher education.
Is currently a member of the Committees on Environmental and Criminal Law of the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C., and of the International Who’s Who, Historical Society.
